To best serve all of my clients, I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
This gives me the opportunity to offer that spot to someone else in need of care and to not have a void in my schedule.
No-shows or late cancellations will be subject to a fee, 1st time is 50% cost of treatment scheduled and after that it is 100% of the treatment cost. Last-minute changes make it difficult to fill those spaces.
